Meet face yoga expert, Elice

Elice has full-on Face Yoga training from the world's top three most renowned teachers in the U.S, United Kingdom and Japan. She got her teacher license before her 24 months of soul-search journey inside the forests of Myanmar and Thailand. Elice has been a regular practioner of Face Yoga since then. She is also an intermediate meditator, a firm believer in the intricacy of mindfulness and face yoga techniques combined.
